Just two hours later, Sig arrives at dinner to meet his father’s new girlfriend… and in walks Chloe. Turns out, their parents aren’t just dating—they’re engaged. As in wedding in eight months, joint-family-holidays-for-the-rest-of-time engaged. Which means that Chloe? The same Chloe who kissed him like he was the last man on earth? Determined to put some much-needed distance between them (because, you know, social norms), Sig heads back to Boston.
