Enchantra was like jumping into a big, spooky, magical house where nothing is safe—but it’s still kinda fun? 😅
Genevieve is super cool. She’s brave, smart, and doesn’t let anyone boss her around (even when maybe she should!). And Rowin? He’s grumpy, kinda mean at first, but also really sweet when you get to know him. And yes… he’s handsome. Like, movie star handsome.
There’s this big game in the story, with challenges and creepy stuff, and it made me want to yell “DON’T GO IN THERE!!” a lot. The family Genevieve meets is crazy (but funny too), and one of their birthday traditions includes stabbing. Like, what?!
Was everything perfectly tied up? No. Did that make it better? Kind of. Because we want more. Questions linger (Salem, what are you hiding?) and Kaylie planted enough sequel seeds to start a forest.
I didn’t get all the answers I wanted, but I still had a blast. It was magical, dark, exciting, and made me laugh.

At the center of the chaos is Genevieve Grimm, and let me tell you—this girl did not come to play siderole in anyone’s story. She intercepts an invitation meant for her mother, hops on a journey to Italy (because of course this entire story takes place in an Italian palace), and walks straight into a deadly masquerade of secrets, curses, and very attractive immortals with extremely sharp cheekbones.
Now welcome Rowin Silver– Tall, dark, rude, broody… He tells her to leave. Naturally, she stays. And thank the gothic gods she does because the banter? It’s a weapon.

Is Enchantra Spicy??The sexual tension? You could cut it with one of Rowin’s many, many knives. He may grumble and growl, but behind those gritted teeth is a man ready to torch the world if Vivi so much as stubs her toe.

The plot is literal cat and mouse. Like… hide and seek, but with actual stakes. And trials. Magical, painful, horrifying trials. Did Vivi almost die multiple times? Absolutely. Did she keep going because she’s got grit, brains?

Overall, If you like spooky stories with romance and sass, this one’s a win!. Also yes. You’ll laugh & scream “what the hell are you doing” sometimes, and you will like her when she wins not just survival—but respect and obv. a weird little family.
